Betty Boo Boo
Found as an un-microchipped stray wondering the street of Sydney Illawarra Betty Boo was not claimed and needed a nice comfy bed to relax on.
Betty was welcomed into the rescue and quickly found her favourite spot to sleep soundly and deeply, THE LOUNGE!!
Betty is roughly 12 yrs old and in quite a terrible state, she was malnourished and underweight her pressure sores and lumps and bumps made it painful to walk and her eyes were cloudy from dry eye.
We booked her in for a health assesmment and lump removal immedicately.
She was desexed and had several lumps removed.
Betty is sweet and semi dog social when she wants to be. She loves rolling around on the grass and army crawling, especially after a bath.
She is absolutely terrified of thunder storms and the only way to settle her is to cuddle up in bed.
She is a sweet girl who loves nothing more than sleeping and snuggles.
Betty is on the kidney diet now after multiple tests and trials. Her levels are now stable, and as well as adding milk thistle, rosehip and fish oil to her diet she is doing really well.
Betty is doing good in her furever retirement home and needs YOU to help with sponsorship so that rescue can continue to provide the supplies and supplements she needs to live a happy healthy and comfortable full life.
